2023 CrossFit Games Day Four Results
Day Four of the 2023 CrossFit Games is all laced up. With the Age Group and Adaptive divisions concluded on Aug. 3, all eyes have turned to the Individual and Team competitors who began their campaigns on the 3rd and will compete until the evening of Aug. 6 in Madison, WI.

2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games | Day Four Individual Events
Day Four at the Games was full of firsts: Emma Tall won the very first Individual event of her career, while Event Four began with Day Three leaders Roman Khrennikov and Alexis Raptis both wearing the leaders’ jerseys.
Event 4 — The Alpaca Redux
All for time:
- 126-foot sled push, starting with all six kettlebells — Women: 443 pounds | Men: 546 pounds
Then three rounds of:
- Two legless rope climbs
- 12 kettlebell clean & jerks
- 42-foot sled push, starting with six kettlebells* — Women: 53 pounds | Men: 70 pounds
Time cap: 18 minutes.
*Remove two kettlebells from the sled after each round. Add them back on the way back.

In Full Swing
The 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games are alight with action. On Day Five (Saturday, Aug. 5), Individual athletes will compete in three more events: Olympic Total, Cross-Country 5K, and an unspecified event. Teams will compete in the Run-Lift Relay, Lift-Run Relay, Muscle-Up Bob, and B-Bells and P-Bars events.
