2024 Strongman Champions League World Finals Results

The 2024 Strongman Champions League (SCL) World Finals occurred in Alanya, Turkey, from Nov. 8-9, 2024. Twelve competitors representing 12 countries competed in six events through the two-day contest: Block Press, Stone Carry, Steintossen, Truck Pull, Car Deadlift, and Natural Stones.

Rayno Nel of South Africa emerged triumphant, scoring 69 of a possible 72 points. Evans Nana Aryee of Ghana joined him on the podium in the silver position, and Aivars Šmaukstelis of Latvia won bronze.

  1. Rayno Nel (RSA) — 69 points
  2. Evans Nana Aryee (GHA) — 65 points
  3. Aivars Šmaukstelis (LAT) — 64 points
  4. Kane Francis (UK) — 61 points
  5. Adam Roszkowski (POL) — 58.5 points
  6. Péter Juhász (HUN) — 49 points
  7. Brian Kichton (USA) — 41.5 points
  8. Ervin Toots (EST) — 33 points
  9. Ilya Khazov (CYP) — 32.5 points
  10. Ayyub Mohammad (GER) — 26 points
  11. Andrea Invernizzi (ITA) — 25.5 points
  12. George Sulaiman (NED) — 13 points (withdrew)

2024 SCL World Finals Event Results

Below are the results for each of the six contested events in Alanya:

Block Press

Each athlete had 75 seconds to lift four implements weighing 100 to 130 kilograms overhead as fast as possible.

  1. Kane Francis — Four in 26.64 seconds
  2. Rayno Nel — Four in 31.09 seconds
  3. Aivars Šmaukstelis — Four in 37.56 seconds
  4. Evans Nana Aryee — Four in 47.45 seconds
  5. Adam Roszkowski — Three in 17.29 seconds
  6. Ervin Toots — Three in 45.17 seconds
  7. Ayyub Mohammad — Three in 52.09 seconds
  8. Andrea Invernizzi — Three in 65.16 seconds
  9. Péter Juhász — Three in 66.78 seconds
  10. George Sulaiman — Two in 25.52 seconds
  11. Brian Kichton — Two in 27.23 seconds
  12. Ilya Khazov — Two in 31.89 seconds

Stone Carry

Each strongman carried a 180-kilogram stone for distance.

  5. Ervin Toots — 42.5 meters

The Truck Pull comprised a 25-meter course with a 75-second time cap.

  4. Adam Roszkowski — 42.25 seconds
  5. Rayno Nel — 42.69 seconds

Car Deadlift

Athletes lifted a 375-kilogram car for reps within the one-minute time cap.

  2. Rayno Nel — Nine reps
  3. Aivars Šmaukstelis — Eight reps
  4. Brian Kichton — Seven reps (T-fourth)
  5. Ilya Khazov — Seven reps (T-fourth)
  6. Adam Roszkowski — Six reps (T-sixth)
  7. Andrea Invernizzi — Six reps (T-sixth)
  8. Kane Francis — Five reps
  9. Péter Juhász — Two reps
  10. Ervin Toots — no lift
  11. Ayyub Mohammad — no lift
  12. George Sulaiman — withdrew

Natural Stones

With 90 seconds on the clock, each strongman attempted to load four stones weighing 160 to 210 kilograms.
