Greg Sutton is a nutrition, fitness, and athletics addict. During his time working as a full-time Nutrition Coach under Hybrid Performance Method, he has been able to submerge himself in everything that he loves to learn and take that knowledge to apply it to his work.
Like many who start in the nutrition or fitness field, Greg started his research to benefit his own wants and needs with improving his health, performance in sports and physique. The more he learned the more comfortable he felt in applying his knowledge to help his family, peers, teammates and eventually turning it into a career. Only several years later, his nutrition clients now range from individuals looking to improve their health and or physique to professional athletes and World Record holders.
With a long history training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Powerlifting, Weightlifting and now Bodybuilding, he has a passion in learning as much as he can and applying that knowledge and personal experiences and research in sports, athletics, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, psychology in sports and dieting, weight loss, and nutrition to his clients benefit, always putting it into easy to understand information with a positive and goofy twist.
Greg radiates positivity and portrays a glass half full mentality to his clients, using it to inspire and motivate his clients to do the same and adopt a positive outlook on life. Many aspects of fitness and especially dieting can be extremely mentally taxing. It requires you to have the ability to view the big picture, focus your energy on the positives and small wins vs. fixating on the negatives. This can often be the difference between failing and reaching your goals.
