Greg Sutton

Greg Sutton is a nutrition, fitness, and athletics addict. During his time working as a full-time Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach under the company he co-owns, Evolve to Excel, he has been able to submerge himself in everything that he loves to learn and take that knowledge to apply it to his work.

Like many who start in the nutrition or fitness field, Greg started his research to benefit his own wants and needs with improving his health, performance in sports, and physique. The more he learned the more comfortable he felt in applying his knowledge to help his family, peers, teammates, and eventually turning it into a career. His clients now range from busy professionals looking to improve their health, struggling parents trying to balance family time with health and fitness, to professional athletes and World Record holders.

With a long history training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Powerlifting, Weightlifting and now Bodybuilding, he has a passion in learning as much as he can and applying that knowledge and personal experiences and research in sports, improving athletic performance through nutrition, weight loss, body recomposition, and positive lifestyle changes to his client’s benefit.

Greg practices and preaches a growth mindset, using it to inspire and motivate his clients to do the same and adopt a positive outlook on life. Many aspects of fitness and especially dieting can be extremely mentally taxing and overwhelming, and this motivates Greg to help make the health and fitness industry something that is less confusing, complicated, and overwhelming for others.
