After playing four years of Division 1 Lacrosse at the University of Vermont, Zack graduated in 2013 and began coaching and competing in CrossFit. In 2015, after receiving his USAW-Level 1 Certification, Zack competed at the American Open in Reno, Nevada.
Zack then pursued and received his NSCA-CSCS and went on to intern with Olympic Sports Performance at the University of Northwestern. One year later, Zack interned with Texas A&M Olympic Sports Performance.
Zack then received his USAW-Level 2 coaching certification and was hired as the Texas A&M Rugby Strength Coach. Soon after, Zack then qualified for the 2018 American Open Finals and posted a 305kg total.
Currently, Zack is the Texas A&M Weightlifting Club Coach and coaches over 20 athletes remotely, two of which are set to compete at the 2019 National Championships in May. Â
