The Fédération Française de Force (FFF) 2023 Girl Power Tournament will be held in Cenon, France, on Oct. 22, 2023. Ten female athletes will compete for cash prizes and potentially attempt International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) raw world records. Tune in to the free live stream on the FFForce YouTube channel on Oct. 22, 2023.
The contest will be scored entirely on GL points — a formula designed to compare the lifters across different body weight categories; used by the IPF and its affiliates. The competition first ran in 2021. The debut edition was won by IPF superstar and top-ranked raw lifter Prescillia (Lya) Bavoil. In 2022, the IPF raw deadlift world record holder in the 47-kilogram class, Heather Connor, crossed the Atlantic to defeat Kristín Þórhallsdóttir for the top spot.
Connor will return to France for the 2023 edition of the contest against some of the fiercest competition the powerlifting world has to offer. Take a look at the star-studded roster below:

Cash prizes are on the table for the top five lifters as follows:
- 1st place — 5,000 Euros (approx. $5,300 USD)
- 2nd place — 3,000 Euros (approx. $3,200 USD)
- 3rd place — 1,500 Euros (approx. $1,600 USD)
- 4th place — 1,000 Euros (approx. $1,100 USD)
- 5th place — 500 Euros (approx. $550 USD)
