“Not everyone gets the same version of me. One person might tell you I have an amazing beautiful soul…another might tell you I’m a cold hearted asshole. Believe them both. I don’t treat people badly…I treat them accordingly.” #HWPO – Heard this quote a while back and loved it.
Fraser still has plenty of workouts to push through before he can claim the ultimate victory of Fittest Man on Earth for the fourth year. Fraser will be looking to match Rich Froning’s feat as four-time CrossFit Games Champion.
Next up the women’s individual first event. Make sure to tune in to see who leads the pack after first day in the women’s field!
