On July 12, 2024, Reebok announced the latest installment of its Nano Training Shoe franchise, the Nano Gym — an accessible training shoe intended to have the look and feel of a running shoe built with Nano performance support exercise ranging from boutique fitness classes to treadmill-heavy training sessions.

Per Reebok’s press release, the Nano Gym is designed with specialized upper silhouettes distinct to the men’s and women’s models built to provide better fit and comfort for the individual wearer. The women’s silhouette features a contoured bootie upper construction with molded plush foam. The men’s model maintains the traditional training design’s silhouette.

Additional Nano Gym Tech Features

  • Engineered Mesh Upper with zoned ventilation to keep the foot cool.
  • TPU Stability Cradle in the heel for added support and a locked-in fit.
  • Rubber Pod Outsole Construction is strategically placed for performance
    and durability.
  • Drop | Weight: 8mm Drop | 12oz

Reebok has been on a tear of new Nano releases in 2024. In January, they released the Nano X4 training shoes, which was touted as the franchise’s “most breathable” option due to its ultra-lightweight. Three months later, the Nano UNKNWN training shoes hit the market for those who train on diverse terrains. The Reebok FloatZig 1 running shoes were released between these two Nano releases.

In May, Reebok unveiled the ‘Unity by Reebok’ 2024 Pride Collection, which included the Nano X4. A month later, the Nano Court launched as the first shoe designed for Pickleball and other court-based sports.

“We’re committed to evolving the Nano franchise to meet the needs of every consumer and every fitness activity,” says Tal Short, Product Director at Reebok.

On July 19th, the all-new Reebok Nano Gym will be available starting at $100
USD MSRP on Reebok.com and select retailers worldwide. Launch timing will vary per market.
