Results and Standings: 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games Day 4

See the event results and standings on the final day of competition in Madison!

It is the final day of action at the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games! Day 4 started off with a splash in Madison with a field of 10 men, 10 women, and 7 teams.

By the end of the day Mayhem Freedom, Tia-Clair Toomey, and Mat Fraser were crowned the fittest on earth!

Below we’ve provided all of the events and results from Day 4, along with the final overall rankings!

Event 9 Individual: Swim Paddle

For time: (All athletes at once)

  • 1,000-m swim
  • 1,000-m paddle

Time cap: 50 minutes

Men’s Results:

  • First place: Mat McLeod
  • Second place: James Newbury
  • Third place: Noah Ohlsen

Women’s Results:

  • First place: Tia-Clair Toomey (25:12.25)
  • Second place: Hayley Adams
  • Third place: Bethany Shadburne

Event 8 – Team Swim Paddle

    Swim 1,000 meters
  • Paddle 1,000 meters

Time cap: 60 minutes

Event 10 Ringer 1: Individual Women 

  • 30-20-10 reps for time of:
  • Air bike (calories) / Toes-to-rings

Time cap: 6 minutes

Event 11 Ringer 2: Individual Women

Event 10 Ringer 1: Individual Men

Team Event 9: The Trio

  • Team members will work two at a time while the other two members rest. Teams may not advance until all four members have completed the exercise.
