Team Mayhem Freedom has won the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games!
On Thursday, the field in Madison, Wisconsin started with 14 teams and over the course of competition it dropped down to just 5 teams for the final. Mayhem Freedom were crowned champions, followed by CrossFit Krypton in second place, and Invictus finished in third.
- First place: Mayhem Freedom (819)
- Second place: CrossFit Krypton (621)
- Third place: Invictus (547)
Heading into the final, Mayhem Freedom, led by four-time Reebok CrossFit Games champion Rich Froning, topped the leaderboard at 719 points, 170 points ahead of CrossFit Krypton.
Mayhem Freedom’s team was stacked with Froning, along with Chyna Cho, Tasia Percevecz, and Dre Strohm.

The final team event was called The Trio and had team members work two at a time, while the two other team members rested. All four team members had to complete the exercise before moving on.
