We receive free products and receive commissions through our links. See disclosures page.

Tonal is one of the best home gyms, with engaging content and smart training that learns in real-time as you get stronger. It’s tailored to people who want the kinds of challenging, trainer-led on-demand workouts you’ll find on apps like Peloton. While this smart trainer is a high-end expense, we’ve gathered up Tonal home gym holiday sale discounts to help you save at checkout.

Tonal’s AI technology adapts to your progress, providing progressive overload to support your fitness goals. And if your goal is saving some cash, you’re in the right place. The initial cost of this trainer is steep, and that doesn’t even include the necessary installation fee, smart accessories, or the monthly membership. However, this is an all-in-one machine, replacing gym equipment like barbells, dumbbells, and weight plates with a sleek wall-mounted machine. It’s ideal for those who love fitness tech, have limited space, and can afford this worthwhile investment.

How to Find Tonal Home Gym Holiday Sale Discounts (2024)

We’ve combed the web and looked high and low for special discounts on this smart home gym. The following are the best ways to save when shopping on tonal.com.

1. Tonal Email Marketing Sign-up

When you navigate to the tonal website, you may be greeted by a pop-up offering you $250 off of your purchase when you sign up for marketing emails. Once you type in your email address, this discount code will make its way into your inbox. However, as of this writing this discount was a limited-time Tonal offer.

2. Tonal First Responder, Healthcare Worker, Teacher, and Military Discount

Active-duty military members, police, teachers, nurses, and more can score a coupon code worth $500 off of their Tonal purchase. To access this Tonal promo code, go to https://www.tonal.com/military-discount/. Click on “Get Code” and verify your status with Verify Pass. Once you’re verified, you’ll receive your $500 off Tonal discount.

3. Holiday Sales

Tonal often offers trainer-specific and sitewide holiday sales, and we’ve seen offerings around $250 off pop up at certain times of the year (we’ll get into that more below). The best way to stay in the know about upcoming holidays is to sign up for Tonal marketing emails, peruse Tonal’s social media, or check back here where we’ll keep you updated about deals coming down the pipeline.

4. Refer a Friend

Tonal is one of the best smart home gyms we’ve tried, and finding a referral code is an equally smart way to score some savings. Tonal’s referral program offers $250 off your trainer purchase and the referrer earns three free months of membership (a $177 value). The referrer can only be rewarded for three referrals, but that’s still 9 free months of membership each calendar year.

To find your referral code in the Tonal app, tap on the settings tab and tap on “Refer Tonal” and “Referral Program.” From here you’ll have the option to share your unique referral code with others.

Our Favorite Tonal Product

Tonal is awesome, but the price is a doozy — I mean, it costs more than my last car.

But for those with the extra cash to spend, it’s a worthwhile investment for a full-body workout, whether you’re looking to complete cardio circuits or focus on strength and hypertrophy.

The Tonal is an interactive home gym that delivers up to 200 lbs of total electromagnetic resistance with the use of two maneuverable pulleys. What's most impressive is that it adapts as you progresses, which means you'll always be pushing closer to your fitness goals.

Tonal Home Gym

This wall-mounted smart home gym utilizes smart handles and a smart bar to control up to 200 pounds of digital weight. As you work out, Tonal’s AI learns what you can handle with an initial strength assessment that then adjusts the weight you lift based on your performance.

Why Choose Tonal

I’ve had my Tonal for about 5 years, and it was a game changer for my strength-training routine. This unit, which operates like an AI personal trainer, keeps track of my progress, ups the digital weight when it thinks I can handle more, and has truly elevated my at-home workout experience. However, the price of entry is high, so I wouldn’t recommend this fitness equipment for those on a budget.

If you’re ready to take the leap and invest in this smart home gym, there is little doubt in my mind that you won’t be satisfied (unless you’re a powerlifter or someone who needs more than 200 pounds of resistance). The adjustable arms allow you to do bench presses, deadlifts, hip thrusts, tricep extensions, wood chops — the list goes on. And with AI learning, your workouts are tracked and Tonal knows how much you should be lifting the next time you show up.
