Founded in 2015 as a jump rope maker, the Spanish brand Velites is expanding its partnership with the 2025 CrossFit Games. Initially, Velites was the “Official Grip and Jump Rope” of the CrossFit Games, but it has now also become the Games’ “Official Apparel and Footwear” partner.
- Remind me: The 2025 CrossFit Games for elite individuals and teams will be held in Albany, NY, from Aug. 1-3 at the MVP Arena.
CrossFit has partnered with major brands in the past for the Games, including Under Armour, Reebok, NOBULL, and GORUCK.
- “With this partnership expansion, Velites takes a solid step in legitimizing their place in the sports textile world, outfitting athletes at the 2025 CrossFit Games with its new line of high-performance apparel and footwear,” said CrossFit in a press release on Tuesday.
Velites recently expanded its international presence and is developing a new limited-edition shoe in collaboration with CrossFit. Initially, the brand launched its Hybrid 1.0 training shoes, which have gained popularity in the CrossFit community and among professionals.
- “Participants at the 2025 CrossFit Games — including individual athletes, teams, staff, media, emergency personnel, and many more — will wear Velites, a brand that has positioned itself as synonymous with quality, innovation, and performance.”
Velites currently offers a range of fitness gear on its website, including wristbands, belts, sunglasses, and massage rollers.
One last thing: Velites is offering the CrossFit community early access to the official CrossFit Games collection and an exclusive discount.
