All 5 2022 Quarterfinal Workouts Leaked on CrossFit’s YouTube Channel

March 24, 2022 by Phil Blechman

The 2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals kick off on March 24, 2022, and last until April 24, 2022. The second stage of the 2022 CrossFit season features the top 10 percent of athletes worldwide from the Open competing virtually in five workouts. The floor plans of those workouts were released on March 22, 2022, absent any specifics on the programming. While athletes could speculate about what they might encounter in each workout, it was ultimately anyone’s guess. That changed early on March 24, 2022, when the first workouts were apparently leaked on CrossFit Games YouTube channel.

The videos containing the workout announcements have since been hidden, but the workouts were still captured. SPOILER ALERT: Check out the following two posts from Morning Chalk Up‘s Twitter page that features all five Quarterfinals workouts for Individuals. Check them out below:

Note: CrossFit did not officially reveal these workouts, so they are subject to change.

CrossFit competition director Adrian Bozman released a statement later in the day on March 24, 2022, addressing the videos which were posted accidentally. Read his full statement below:

Regrettably, due to an error in our publishing protocol, the Individual Quarterfinal workout walk-through videos were published to the CrossFit Games YouTube page earlier than planned. The videos have been removed.

The Games team takes this issue very seriously. We are conducting a full review of our processes to ensure the security of our future competitions.

The Individual Quarterfinal will run on the established timeline. Today (Thursday, March 24) at 12 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time, scorecards and full workout details will be released and the first score submission window will be live. The competition will close on Sunday, March 27, at 12 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time.
