The 2024 Arnold Strongwoman UK contest occurred on March 16-17, 2024, in Birmingham, England. Nine of the worldโs top strongwomen competed across five events for the coveted title โ American Oak, Farmerโs Walk, Power Medley (Yoke and Heavy Dumbbell), Bag Over Bar, and Deadlift.
Lucy Underdown scored 30 of a possible 45 points to claim the overall win. 2024 Arnold Strongwoman Classic US champion Angelica Jardine scored 30 points as well but earned the silver after conceding the tiebreaker of a 118-kilogram Farmerโs Hold to Underdown. Nadia Stowers rounded out the podium. Below are the final standings:

American Oak
Athletes had 90 seconds to lift a 122 or 100-kilogram Oak for as many reps as possible. A single rep with the heavier Oak outranked any number of reps with the lighter Oak.
