2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals — Age Group and Occupational Games Workouts Announced

The 2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals continue with the Age Group competition on April 21-24, 2022. The five workouts for that stage of competition have been announced as well as their corresponding submission deadlines. Additionally, the workouts for the Occupational Games have also been released by CrossFit HQ.

Submissions for Workouts One and Two are due on April 22, 2022, by 3 p.m. EST; submissions for Workouts Three and Four are due on April 23, 2022, by 3 p.m. EST; and Workout Five is due April 24, 2022, at 3 p.m. EST. The Age Group leaderboard will be updated accordingly following the submission deadline each day.

Workout One

Three rounds for time:

  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches | Men: 70-pound dumbbell / Women: 50-pound dumbbell

Time cap: 10 minutes.

The above Workout One is for for Men 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, Women 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, Boys 16-17, and Girls 16-17.

Men 55-59, 60-64, 65+ and Boys 14-15 perform the above workout with a 50-pound dumbbell. Women 55-59, 60-64, 65+, and Girls 14-15 perform the above workout with a 35-pound dumbbell.

Workout Two

For time:

  • 50 Overhead Squats
  • 40 Bar-Facing Burpees
  • 40 Back-Rack Walking Lunges 
  • 30 Bar-Facing Burpees
  • 30 Cleans 
  • 20 Bar-Facing Burpees
  • 20 Single-Leg Squats
  • 10 Muscle-Ups

Men: 95-pound barbell | Women: 65-pound barbenll

Time cap: 20 minutes

The above workout is for Men 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, Women 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, Boys 16-17, and Girls 16-17. Boys 14-15 and Girls 14-15 also do the above workout but with a 65-pound barbell and a 45-pound barbell, respectively.

Men 55-59, 60-64, and 65+ perform the above workout but with a 65-pound barbell and replace the single-leg squats with weighted box step-ups with a 24-inch box and 50-pound dumbbells.

Women 55-59, 60-64, and 65+ perform the above workout with a 45-pound barbell and use weighted box step-ups with a 20-inch box and 35-pound dumbbells.

Workout Three

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 1 Rope Climb
  • 2 Shuttle Runs
  • 2 Rope Climb
  • 4 Shuttle Runs
  • 3 Rope Climb
  • 6 Shuttle Runs
  • 4 Rope Climb
  • 8 Shuttle Runs
  • Continue adding one rope climb and two shuttle runs each round

15-foot rope climbs, 50-foot shuttle runs.

Workout Four

For total load: 

  • 1 Back Squat
  • 1 Press
  • 1 Deadlift

Time cap: 30 minutes

The above workout is for all Age Group divisions.

Workout Five

Three rounds for time of:

  • 50-Calorie Row
  • 15 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 50 Double-Unders

Time cap: 20 minutes

The above workout is for all Age Group divisions.
