Emelia is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise. In 2017, she left the corporate world to pursue her newfound love of strength training and the positive effects it had on her personal life.

Emelia worked in commercial gyms training clients and teaching group fitness until 2023 when she started her own business built off her fitness blog, Rack the Weight, which focuses on building strength in mind, body, and spirit.

Emelia can be found training clients and teaching strength training classes at her studio in Palmetto, Florida but when she’s not there, she’s likely burning calories chasing her three kids around.
