About Rosie Borchert, NASM-CPT

Rosie Borchert is a comedy writer with credits spanning ABC, Netflix, and Amazon Studios. She pivoted to her passion for fitness, becoming a certified personal trainer, writing programming for tech fitness company Tonal, and punching up jokes for Tony Horton of P90X fame.

A former college volleyball player, she currently has her AA beach volleyball rating, and when she's not training her vertical jump you can find her rock climbing, snowboarding, or cycling.

After accidentally running an unplanned 14 miles when she had told friends she'd "just jog until she found them," she picked up long distance running, culminating in competing in the Senshuu International Marathon in Japan as a representative of her hometown.

With over 10 years of coaching experience in youth sports, as well as serving as a Nike Volleyball coach and head coach of a city championship high school girls' varsity volleyball team, Rosie combines her athletic and coaching expertise with her love for comedy and fitness.
