How to Watch the 2022 Rogue Invitational

The 2022 Rogue Invitational is set to take place across four days spanning Oct. 27-30, 2022, in Round Rock, TX, at Dell Diamond. Anticipation continues to build for this event as elite athletes from two strength sports — CrossFit and strongman — will compete in their respective contests. 

The Rogue Invitational is currently underway. You can stay up to date on the action by following BarBend‘s Strongman leaderboard and CrossFit leaderboard.

Among the athletes competing in the CrossFit competition is two-time Fittest Man on Earth® and defending Rogue Invitational champion Justin Medeiros, Pat Vellner, Noah Ohlsen, and Chandler Smith on the Individual Men’s side.

On the Individual Women’s side, Laura Horvath, two-time Fittest Woman on Earth® Annie Thorisdottir, and Gabriela Migała are among the favorites in the field.

How to Watch the Rogue Invitational 

The Rogue Fitness website and the Rogue Fitness YouTube channel will have free live streams for all four days of the competition.

Aside from Legends and spectator workouts, the second and third days of CrossFit and both days of strongman events will be broadcast live. The daily broadcast start times are listed below, as well as the scheduled events for CrossFit and strongman, according to the Rogue Fitness website.

  • CrossFit Individual Event One is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 27. Details and time are to be determined.

Day One | Friday, Oct. 28, 2022 — Starting at Noon CST

  • CrossFit Individual Event Two — Ski Bar
  • Strongman Event Two — Cyr Dumbbell Ladder
  • CrossFit Individual Event Three — Back Attack
  • Strongman Event Three — Rogue Husafell Sandbag Carry
  • CrossFit Individual Event Four — DT with a Spin

Day Two | Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022 — Starting at 9:15 a.m. CST

  • Strongman Event Four — Rogue-A-Coaster Pull
  • CrossFit Event Five — The Turtle
  • CrossFit Event Six — To Be Determined
  • Strongman Event Five — Yoke Carry, Overhead Lift Medley
  • CrossFit Event Seven — Texas Oak

Day Three | Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022 — Starting at 10:00 a.m. CST

  • CrossFit Event Eight — Snatch and Press
  • Rogue Record Breaker — 56-Pound Weight Over Bar
  • Rogue Record Breaker — Dinnie Stone Hold
  • Rogue Record Breaker — Thor’s Hammer
  • CrossFit Event Nine — The Goblet
  • CrossFit Event 10 — To Be Determined

As of this writing, tickets are still available for fans that want to attend in person. If you can’t make it to Round Rock, you can watch all the action from home.
