About Ben Emminger, NASM-CNC

Ben Emminger is a NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach and seasoned writer within the fitness category. Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he has remained active by cultivating his expertise in strength training, running, footwear, and recovery.

Ben holds a B.A. in Print Journalism from Penn State University and has had his works previously featured by DICK’S Sporting Goods and Gear Patrol. When not training or writing, he can be found taking part in his other interests which include cooking, DIY projects, and the outdoors.
