Jake Herod

Jake Herod started lifting weights at 13 years old and has been infatuated with weight training ever since. After six surgeries, Jake loves learning about how the body functions and what you can do to improve your performance in the gym. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2018 with a B.S. in Journalism and Electronic Media where he focused on sports broadcasting. In his free time you can find him either at the gym, watching football, or even on a snowboarding trip in the winter.
